HYROX results: how to find yours (and what it tells you)

Your official time lives at results.hyrox.com. Your splits, your history and how you compare live elsewhere. Here is where to look, and how to read what you find.

An athlete mid-effort during a training session

Your official HYROX result lives at results.hyrox.com, searchable by name and organised by season. It usually appears within a few hours of finishing and shows your total alongside your station and running splits.

That is the short answer. The more useful question is what the splits actually tell you, because most people look at the total and stop.

Why trust this

Ben Sutherland races HYROX on the Elite 15 start list in Pro Doubles with his brother Harry, so the split-reading below reflects how results are actually used to change training. Where this page points you to third-party sites, it is because they are genuinely better for the job, not because we have an arrangement with them.

Where to look

| What you want | Where | |---|---| | Your official time | results.hyrox.com ↗, the source of record | | Your splits for one race | Same place, on your result detail | | Your history across seasons | hyresult.com ↗ athlete profiles | | Comparing races side by side | HYRESULT, or one of the independent trackers |

All of these draw on the same underlying timing data, so the numbers agree. The difference is presentation: the official site is built to look up one result, the independent trackers are built to look at many.

If you cannot find yourself: check the season filter first. The site defaults to the current season, so a race from an earlier one sits in the archive and simply will not appear. Then check your name as you entered it, which is not always how you write it. If it is genuinely missing after that, contact the event organiser rather than waiting for it to appear.

What your splits actually tell you

This is the part worth your time. Your total is a scoreboard. Your splits are a training plan.

Compare your run splits to each other, not to other people. Take your eight 1km splits and look at the spread between fastest and slowest. A gap of under 30 seconds means you paced it well. A gap over 60 seconds means you went out too hard and paid for it, and that is the single most common finding in a first race.

Look at which run degraded first. If run four or five is where you fell apart, the cause is usually the sled push at station two rather than anything that happened at station four. Damage in HYROX shows up two or three stations after it is done.

Check your Roxzone time. The transition time between run and station counts towards your finish, and it is the most-ignored number on the page. Two minutes of accumulated Roxzone across eight transitions is common and entirely recoverable, and it costs nothing in fitness to fix.

Read the wall balls last. If your final station is disproportionately slow relative to the field, that is a pacing story, not a wall ball story. Almost nobody is bad at wall balls when fresh.

The comparison that actually matters

Compare yourself against your own division and age group, not the overall field.

The raw total is close to meaningless out of context, because Women's Open, Men's Open, Women's Pro and Men's Pro run different loads, and age groups run in five-year bands. A 95-minute finish means something quite different at 24 than at 58.

Two things that also make cross-race comparison unreliable, and which no results page will tell you:

  • Venue. Track layout, laps per kilometre, floor surface and Roxzone length differ between halls. Sled friction in particular varies noticeably with flooring, so the same weight is genuinely harder in some venues.
  • Wave congestion. A busy wave means queuing, and that time is in your total.

So a two-minute difference between your London race and your Glasgow race may be venue, not fitness. Compare your splits and your placing, not just the clock.

The practical part: a post-race review in fifteen minutes

Do this within a week of racing, while it is still fresh.

  1. Write down your eight run splits. Fastest, slowest, and the gap between them.
  2. Circle the first run that dropped off. Then look at the station before it. That is usually your real limiter.
  3. Add up your Roxzone time. If it is over 90 seconds total, transitions are free time you are leaving behind.
  4. Note your placing within your age group, not overall. That is your actual benchmark.
  5. Pick one thing. Not five. The athletes who improve most between races change one variable, usually pacing.

If your run-split spread was over 60 seconds, your next race plan is pacing and nothing else. Fitness is not your problem yet.

Honest limitations

Results tell you what happened, not why. A slow sandbag lunge split could be quad fatigue, a bad grip on the bag, or queuing. The page cannot distinguish those and neither can anyone reading it without having been there.

Independent trackers are third-party projects. They are useful and widely used, but they are not official, and if their numbers ever disagree with results.hyrox.com then the official site is the one that counts.

We also do not have your results. Nothing on this site can look them up for you, and anyone claiming otherwise is guessing. The tools here are for modelling and comparison against published benchmarks, not for retrieving your record.

Next step

If you have your splits and want to know what to do with them, the fitness assessment quiz turns a limiter into a training focus.

The free HYROX plan maker builds a block around what your last race actually exposed.

And if you are still deciding on your next race, the UK and Ireland calendar lists every date with the build start alongside it.

[ FAQ ]

Frequently asked

Where can I find my HYROX results?+

The official source is results.hyrox.com, which is searchable by name and organised by season. Results usually appear within a few hours of finishing, and your finish time there is the official one.

How do I find my HYROX splits?+

The official results page shows your station and running splits alongside your total. Independent trackers such as HYRESULT present the same underlying timing data with athlete profiles and race-on-race comparison, which is easier to read across multiple races.

Why can't I find my HYROX result?+

Check the season filter first, since the site defaults to the current season and older races sit in the archive. Then check the spelling of your name as you entered it, not as you usually write it. If it is still missing, contact the event organiser rather than waiting.

What is a good HYROX time?+

It depends entirely on division and age group, which is why your placing within your own bracket is more meaningful than the raw number. Most first-time finishers land between 75 and 110 minutes.
