In Women's Open you push a 102kg sled, pull a 78kg sled, carry two 16kg kettlebells, lunge with a 10kg sandbag and throw a 4kg wall ball to a 2.70m target. In Women's Pro every one of those numbers goes up to the Men's Open standard. The SkiErg, row and burpee broad jumps carry no load in any division.
Those are the figures. Below is the full table, the two numbers that are widely misreported, and what each load actually feels like.
Why trust this
Every figure here is read from the official HYROX singles rulebook for the 26/27 season rather than from other coverage. That matters more than usual on this topic, because two of the numbers changed recently and much of what ranks for this search is out of date.
The full table
| Station | Women Open | Women Pro | |---|---|---| | SkiErg | 1000m, no load | 1000m, no load | | Sled push (4 x 12.5m) | 102kg incl. sled | 152kg incl. sled | | Sled pull (4 x 12.5m) | 78kg incl. sled | 103kg incl. sled | | Burpee broad jumps | 80m, no load | 80m, no load | | Rowing | 1000m, no load | 1000m, no load | | Farmers carry | 200m, 2 x 16kg | 200m, 2 x 24kg | | Sandbag lunges | 100m, 10kg | 100m, 20kg | | Wall balls | 100 reps, 4kg, 2.70m target | 100 reps, 6kg, 2.70m target |
Running is 8km in both divisions, as eight 1km segments. That does not change.
The two numbers most sites get wrong
Wall balls are 100 reps, not 75. Women's Open was reduced to 75 reps for the 25/26 season, specifically because female Open athletes were spending disproportionately long at the final station. Under the 26/27 rulebook the count is listed as 100 reps across all four divisions. A lot of still-live content repeats the 75 figure. If you are training to a rep count, train to the rulebook for the season you are racing.
Sled weights include the sled itself. The 102kg women's Open sled push is 102kg in total, not 102kg of plates loaded on top of a sled frame. This one genuinely matters in training. Gym sleds vary between roughly 20kg and 60kg empty, so if you load 102kg of plate onto a 40kg sled you are training at 142kg, close to Pro weight, and wondering why race prep feels impossible.
Weigh your gym's sled once, write the number on your phone, and load to the total from then on.
Women's Pro is Men's Open
This is the single most useful thing to understand about the load table. The rulebook groups Men's Open and Women's Pro into one shared column. They are the same weights at every station.
That has a practical consequence. If you are considering the step up to Pro, you already have a large public dataset to calibrate against: every Men's Open result ever recorded was produced at exactly the loads you would be lifting. The sled push in particular is the station where that jump is felt most, because 102kg to 152kg is close to a fifty per cent increase on the heaviest station in the race.
What each load actually feels like
Sled push, 102kg. Heavy but continuous for most athletes. The limiter is rarely strength, it is the fact that it arrives at kilometre two with your heart rate already high. Low body angle, arms locked, short choppy steps.
Sled pull, 78kg. Feels lighter than the push but taxes grip and lower back, and it is the station that quietly compromises your farmers carry four stations later.
Farmers carry, 2 x 16kg. Not heavy in isolation. Very heavy after a sled pull. Grip is the failure point, and putting the bells down carries a penalty.
Sandbag lunges, 10kg. The weight is modest and the distance is the problem. 100m of walking lunges with a bag on your shoulders is where a lot of races come apart, because it lands at station seven.
Wall balls, 4kg to 2.70m. The ball is light. One hundred of them is not. This is the last thing you do and there is no run afterwards to hide in.
The practical part: how to train to these numbers
- Weigh your sled. Then load to total race weight, not race weight plus sled. Do this before your next session.
- Train the farmers carry off fatigue, not fresh. Do it immediately after a hard pulling movement so grip is already compromised, because that is the race condition.
- Do wall balls in the hundreds. Not fifties. The last thirty reps are the ones that decide your finish, and you cannot rehearse them without going past sixty.
- If you are eyeing Pro, test the 152kg sled push first. Before anything else. It is the station where the Open to Pro gap is largest, and it will tell you honestly whether you are close.
- Do not train lunges heavier than 10kg for Open. The bag is not the challenge. Distance under fatigue is. Add metres, not kilos.
Honest limitations
These are the standards. They are not the difficulty.
Sled friction varies noticeably between venues depending on the floor surface, so a 102kg sled in one hall genuinely is harder than a 102kg sled in another. This is a known and widely discussed variable, and it is one reason comparing sled splits across events is unreliable.
Weights also change between seasons, as the wall ball count demonstrates. This page reflects the 26/27 rulebook. Check the current rulebook before your race rather than trusting any article, this one included.

Frequently asked
What weights do women lift in HYROX?
In Women's Open: sled push 102kg including the sled, sled pull 78kg including the sled, farmers carry 2 x 16kg, sandbag lunges 10kg and wall balls 4kg to a 2.70m target. The SkiErg, row and burpee broad jumps have no weight.
What is the difference between Women's Open and Women's Pro weights?
Women's Pro uses the same loads as Men's Open: sled push 152kg, sled pull 103kg, farmers carry 2 x 24kg, lunges 20kg and wall balls 6kg. The wall ball target stays at 2.70m for both women's divisions.
How many wall balls do women do in HYROX?
100 reps, in both Women's Open and Women's Pro, under the 26/27 rulebook. The count was 75 for Women's Open during the 25/26 season, which is why many older articles still say 75.
